Although they offer dozens of pre-designed homes, buyers have the opportunity to customize the floorplan to their specific needs. It is also worth noting that Yankee Barn Homes only manufactures the shell of the structure. This means that an outside builder or contractor must finish the interior of the structure including the kitchen, bathrooms, and utilities.
The prefab offerings of Yankee Barn Homes largely feature traditional designs such as barn homes, cottages, and farm homes, though they do offer some contemporary designs.
