Unity homes use environmentally friendly construction practices and energy efficient appliances and can be constructed to be NetZero energy - consuming less energy than they produce. Unit has 5 standard designs but layout is flexible with options to increase the amount of rooms, bathrooms, or overall square footage. Their models feature traditional aesthetics in the Classic Cape, Bungalow, and Scandanavian-Colonial styles. Homes are moderately sized, ranging from 477 sq ft to 2938 sq ft.
Unity Homes can come in three states: Turnkey, where Unity takes care of everything except sitework; Tempo, where Unity delivers the shell and interior components and installs some finishes; and Shell where Unity delivers the shell and basic interior components and then a builder working for the buyer takes care of the rest.
