In terms of style, their prefab units generally feature a ranch or cape cod design, with overhanging eaves, wood shingles, symmetrical facade, and a rectangular footprint. All their models are fully customizable, including both modular and manufactured homes. It is worth noting that manufactured homes are built to a federal building code, established by the HUD. As such, while manufactured homes are often cheaper to build, they are appraised differently and they do not appreciate the same as a modular or site-built home. Homes arrive on site in a highly finished state and include fixtures, appliances, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning.
