KBOX Prices and Cost
Our price and cost estimates for a KBOX home from Kaiserworks range from $354 to $500+ per square foot. These estimates are all inclusive for a completed KBOX container home. As a turn-key cost, this means that the module cost, shipping, installation, and finishing costs are included in this estimate.
To arrive at our final cost range, we added the base module cost (either $135,000 or $160,000) to the cost for shipping and site development (estimated to range from $10,000 - $30,000) plus up to $15,000 in optional upgrades. It is worth noting that the cost of land is not included in this estimate. Depending on your location and the condition of your site, your final project costs may fall outside of our cost range due to varying permitting and site development costs.
