Taynr Prices and Cost
At the time of our last update (April 2024) Taynr no longer operates as a shipping container home builder.
Our cost and price estimates for a prefab container home from Taynr range from $260 - $450 per square foot. These estimates are all inclusive, meaning that the cost of the home components, interior finishes, labor and site work are included. One cost estimate that is not included in our price estimates is the cost of land. One instance where costs per square foot may be higher than this estimate is for Taynr’s single container, 160 square foot homes. This is due to high fixed costs such as delivery and site work. Additionally, buyers located far away from Taynr’s headquarters in Sacramento, CA may face higher delivery costs than are included in our estimates and as a result face higher final costs.
