Buyers also choose between a full basement or a more affordable crawl space. While Impresa Modular sells homes directly to buyers, it is worth noting that they only help with design and project management, not construction. Therefore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to choose one of Impresa’s partner factories to manufacture the home and find a general contractor to finish assembling the home on site. From the time the modules arrive on site, this process can often take 60-90 days.
