From a process standpoint, most projects start with a project manager visiting the build site and working with buyers to craft a design. Dickinson Homes then handles all permitting and documentation. Completed home modules are then shipped to the site and set on a permanent foundation, usually in as little as 1-2 days. Tiny homes come with a 15-year structural warranty, plus material and product warranties depending on custom features.
