FabCab Cost and Pricing
FabCab homes have a general all-in-cost in the $230 to $350 per month range. This estimate includes the price of the homes, and all delivery, site-work, etc and assumes a fairly flat uncomplicated lot. Like most prefab home companies, FabCab's smaller homes are more expensive on a cost per square basis than it's large homes. Our model-by-model estimates for FabCab costs are below.
