Greenfab's homes typically have all-in costs in the $250 to $350 range with their small off-the-grid cabins costing significantly more on a cost per square foot basis. Our all-in cost estimates include the price of the home and all installation, finishing, and connecting of the house. They do not include the cost of the land.
