Karoleena is a prefab modular home builder out of Alberta, delivering modular homes to buyers across Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest of US. Professional project managers work with buyers to layout the final design and establish strict project deadlines, ensuring the luxury flat-top style homes are move-in ready in as little as 6 months time. Karoleena manages the entire project, including design, construction, delivery, installation, and final utility hook-ups.
Homeowners decide between a standard model or they can customize a standard design. The sleek rectangular homes feature an extended flat-top roof to create an outdoor covered patio space. Homes are moderately sized, ranging between 728 sq ft to 2978 sq ft.
