Precision Craft Log & Timber Homes Prices and Cost
Our cost and price estimates for a prefab log or timber frame home from Precision Craft range from $300 - $500+ per square foot. These estimates are all inclusive, meaning that with the exception of the cost of land, all processes associated with a home build are considered - design, manufacturing, site-work, assembly, and finishes. It is worth noting that because Precision Craft is a custom home designer with a range of styles, construction techniques, and capacity for customization, there can be significant variation in the final cost of your home build. As such we have provided a cost range for a home from Precision Craft. Generally, homes that feature timber frames and SIPs will be at the lower end of our estimate while handcrafted log homes would come in at the top end of this range. Furthermore, there may be regional cost differences due to the need for local labor to assemble the home at the final build site. As such, buyers in high-cost areas may face final costs slightly more expensive than our estimates.
