New Frontier is a designer and builder of high-end tiny homes based in Nashville, Tennessee. They offer 5 different tiny homes on wheels, with lengths ranging from 18 to 40 feet and sizes ranging from 250 to 400 square feet. Their Alpha, Escher, Corenrila, and Orchid models are semi-customizable, though floor plans are fixed. For the Luna model, only the interior paint color can be customized.
Their models feature a sleek modern design, with mechanical seam metal roofs, cedar siding, large glass doors, drop-down awnings, and garage doors that fold down into patios. Home interiors often come with shiplap wood siding, walnut hardwood floors, reclaimed barnwood kitchen wall/ceilings, fixtures, furniture, spacious lofts, LED lighting with dimmers, and storage boxes. Units also come standard with luxury interior features like granite countertops, custom shelves with LED valance lighting, custom cabinetry, 4 burner propane cooktops/oven units, stainless steel fridges, convection toaster ovens, dishwashers, tankless water heaters, washer/dryer units, mini-split HVAC, and other specialty items like jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. Upgrades like solar panels, water systems, and composting toilets are also available for off-grid living. While their tiny homes can be semi-customized, they do not sell homes as structural shells or offer structural customization.
New Frontier is only able to build homes on permanent foundations in the Nashville, Tennessee Metro area. For buyers outside of this area, only tiny homes on wheels are available for purchase from New Frontier. Construction usually begins in their Nashville factory 1-2 months after all the paperwork is finished and construction typically takes less than 3 months. Once finished, tiny homes from New Frontier can be shipped to buyers anywhere in the United States, even Hawaii. Tiny homes arrive completed and turn-key ready, only requiring simple utility hookups. New Frontier is PWA certified, but they can deliver their homes RVIA certified for an extra fee.
