The Grand-Ma 550 is the smallest floor plan from Ma Modular. This compact model can serve as a small guesthouse, studio, office, or granny flat. The ADU includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 550 square feet of living space.
Like all Ma Modular homes, the Grand-Ma 550 interior comes standard with bamboo flooring, maple or cherry cabinets, tiling, quartz countertops, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, and unique ornate electrical fixtures like West Elm globe pendant lights or flush mount ceiling lights. The standard exterior includes fiber cement panels, painted stucco, and horizontal cedar siding. However, unlike other models, the Grand-Ma 550 features a single sloped standing seam metal roof. The model’s sliding glass doors and big windows give the interior a well-lit, open feel.
