Den Arizona has rebranded and now offers a slightly different set of products and services under the name of Minimal Living Concepts.
Den Arizona is a home designer and builder, specializing in small modern homes and ADUs, based in central Arizona. Pre-designed homes from Den Arizona range from 680 square feet to 1,600 square feet. Depending on the project needs projects can be built using either prefab or site-built construction techniques. In most cases however, Den Arizona builds home exteriors out of metal panels. Sturdy seam metal shells give homes a sleek, boxy modern look with sharp angles. The cool, weather-tight metal shells also cut down on cooling and maintenance costs.
In addition to their signature seam metal facades, exteriors feature LED lighting, deck space, and large sliding glass doors to give the home an open feel. Interiors come with cabinets made from recycled materials, efficient appliances, 5" of closed-cell spray foam insulation to save on heating/cooling costs, and either white oak or concrete floors. Although their pre-designed models save time and lower costs, Den Arizona offers fully custom build services for projects greater than 1,000 square feet.
As a turn-key builder, Den Arizona handles the entire build themselves, including all construction and site work. While prefabrication may be used on a case-by-case basis, most homes are 100% site-built. However, they still utilize metal panels and other high quality pre-cut materials to cut building costs and timetables.
The entire process, from signing a contract to move-in, only takes 24 weeks. First, buyers select a pre-designed model with their desired customizations. Buyers then pay $250 to $800 for a feasibility study as Den Arizona sends a final quote and agreement. After buyers sign the agreement with a $10,000 down payment, Den Arizona’s engineering team drafts final plans. Once permits are approved, site work begins as Den Arizona’s team installs a cement foundation, and connections for water, power, and sewage. Their in-house team of builders then assembles the home piece by piece. Once the structural shell of the home is complete, the team installs appliances, tests each component, and cleans the site.
