Interiors come with shiplap walls, painted cabinets, butcher block countertops, pine G&P ceilings, summit appliances, and high-efficiency ductless mini-split ACs. For buyers who are seeking more customization or who just want a DIY project, homes can be purchased as structural shells, allowing for total interior and exterior customization. Off-grid upgrades like composting toilets and solar panel wiring are also available.
