They also offer pre-designed homes which come in a variety of designs such as modern, ranches, capes, beach homes, traditional 2-story homes, and even multi-family designs. Simplex homes allows for the customization of interior finishes such as tile, counter tops, flooring, and cabinetry as well as exterior options such as windows, doors, and shingle color. Furthermore, Simplex Homes has the ability to manufacture homes that can meet Energy Start certification requirements.
