The Blanco River is a 1,300 square foot home from Ma Modular. Two primary modules combine to form an L-shaped floor plan that includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 600 square foot covered deck.
A patinated metal facade covers most of the exterior, giving the home a weathered yet modern look. The exterior also features a glass door, a standing seam metal roof with lots of overhang, and a mix of cedar and panelized siding. The home’s covered entry is supported by exposed structural steel beams. These prominent steel beams form an L-shape at the entrance, adding to the home’s modern aesthetic. Exposed steel beams support the spacious covered deck as well.
The Blanco River’s interior comes standard with bamboo flooring, maple or cherry cabinets, tiling, quartz countertops, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, and unique chic lighting fixtures like West Elm globe pendant lights. The interior also features ten-foot ceilings with clerestory windows and sliding glass doors that open onto a covered porch, giving the home an open, well-lit feel.
